We’re the Nate’s family. Javier — Nate’s dad — opened the diner with a simple idea: serve food the way his family eats at home. Real eggs. Real burgers. Real conversation. No shortcuts.

Texas-sized hospitality

You’ll notice it the moment you sit down. Free refills before you ask. A hello at the door. A “y’all come back” on the way out. That part isn’t a marketing line — it’s just how we were raised.

Recipes from the family

The biscuits-and-gravy recipe came from grandma. The signature burger sauce is one Javier worked on for years. Every plate has a story — and we keep them honest.
